The monthly fee seems pretty good, the technical assistance seems even better. Live streaming is becoming more popular & DaCast may be a good partner for commanders. Although there may be other companies that exist that are similar & may have a one time or yearly fee,instead of a monthly fee. To get started with DaCast wouldn't hurt us.

I think partnering with Knightsbridge is a good idea. Especially for new funeral directors or new business owners. The plus would be the fact that they are offering the commanders financing with a lower credit score. Which may be something some minority owned funeral businesses can benefit from.

I've always known Kelco to be a great company. The discount seems fair. &they have an unlimited amount of supplies, equipment, etc.

Not impressed. This company does not understand the gravity of the situation FDs are in when hosting a funeral and I'm Leary about their support call line. The fact that the owner himself sent his wife who did not know who we are or what we represent looked bad. Its shows that our account is not important to them and that means our commanders are not important which means supporting our families with technology during a funeral is not important to them. They seem like a company trying to capitalize off of the coronavirus and have no real interest in helping small businesses much less funeral directors. There are many other companies to choose from. I vote hard NO on this one

I talked with him in depth about my company and emailed him ALL information he requested. I specifically asked how long a turn around time would be and he told me one hour. I never heard back from him. Today I called and talked to him. He had no idea who I was or anything about my company even though I had a long conversation with him just yesterday. He claimed he never got my email so I resent and forwarded the email and had him stay on phone with me to confirm he got it. He received it and told me he would send me an application. I am leary about this company for 2 reasons:
1- Integrity is everything in our business. Do not say you will do something and not do it
2-I felt like a number
3 I have an excellent 790 credit score and asked for $4000 to me a very easy thing for a big lender that claims to offer small business with bad credit funds. How will our commanders be treated that have low credit scores if a 790 credit score applicant cannot get helped.
I say we wait on this one to see how they will do. Keep out options open for now and maybe put this proposal on the back burner or maybe a 3 month introductory period.

I loved the proposal. Love the instant graduated tier system for discounts. Company known for customer service. Trusted company. I vote YES to update our current current vendor and move to Kelco
